We have been trying to improve the outside area in V6 so students can have a space to enjoy the summer weather and find peace within their busy day at college.  

The 3 benches we ordered have finally arrived and plants are coming in.

Students are going to start painting the benches to brighten up the area this week. They are keen to get involved and leave a legacy behind.  

 

 

We also voted on a name to call the area, The Mysa was chosen. This is a Swedish word for feeling comfort and protection, a time dedicated to coziness.  

We hope that The Mysa brings some joy to both present and future sixth formers.
